Lead Abate and Coat (2) 600' tall Smokestacks in 51 days!

In 2009 I was retained by Industrial Access as a project manager for a project in Alabama.  IA was contracted to lead abate and paint two 600' tall smoke stacks (120,000+ sq ft) in 52 days.  The project started on 9 Nov 2009 and had to be completed by the end of the calendar year.  Industrial Access had never done a project like this and had no crew at the beginning.  I aided them in hiring, ordering, planning, establishing leadership, and execution of the project.  The project was hampered by cold, rain, snow, high winds, and the holiday season but through all of that it was completed one day early.
