Repair of 350' Concrete Stack

In June 2010 a customer needed repair on their 350' concrete stack.  The repairs consisted on hydroblasting the stack, repairing concrete stress cracks, sealing the concrete, coating all walkways and platforms, and installing FAA warning lights.  The stack was 'running' while all repairs were being conducted which added a significant degree of heat.  Subcontract electricians were brought in to consult on the FAA warning lights.  This project lasted 6 weeks and consisted of 50,000+ sq ft of repair, coating and sealing.  Once completed the customer was so happy with the level of repair and the increased longevity the repairs brought to their stack they immediately moved to do these repairs company wide!
